FAT CAMP ?

  • When we think of Fat Camp, we think of a place where desperate, overweight children are sent against their will. Their punishment for being fat comes in the form of near-starvation, forced exercise and glum surroundings. "Fat camps" can be a judgmental, unfriendly and an unpleasant experience.
  • Many overweight children are embarrassed in physical education classes and camp activities, because they can not perform as well as normal weight children, they feel silly and heavy in their movements, they are not able to run fast, and so forth.
  • A "Fat Camp" will reinforce in your child that they are "fat" 24/7 for 2 weeks. Who would want to spend 2 weeks being told they are FAT. The very idea of being at such a "camp" is degrading.
  • Save the cost of such expensives camps, and send your child to work with me 3-4 days a week this summer. I will teach them how to eat healthy, choose the right foods and work them hard. By the end of the summer, they will be thinner, healthier, and have a better self-image, which is above all, the most important thing.
  • When I was a kid, I spent several summers at Camp Ton-a-wandah in the North Carolina Mountains. It was the type of summer camp we all envision for our kids. It was one of the most wonderful experiences of my childhood. Let me get your child in shape this summer, and send them to a camp like Ton-a-wandah next summer.

Assessment:
Send me photos of you to evaluate your physique. Photos should be of you in shorts and t-shirt. Shoot full body front, side and from the back. Include a face shot. Send me a record of what you have been eating for three days. I would like to know what and when you are eating and how much water, tea and coffee.

Training Program Design:
Fill out the Kelly Graham Fitness Quiz and I will have a better understanding of where you are currently at physically, and where you would like to see yourself.

Consultation:
Based on your current condition and goals, I can help you tune up your current eating plan, give you a workout program, and provide encouragement. Programs are emailed. An unlimited number of consultations are available while you are on the program, and paying monthly.
